My School Music provides a comprehensive system to help you manage all aspects of your school music program saving you time and effort. It allows you to send relevant and timely information to parents in a quick and easy manner.

Your data is stored on our MongoDB Server hosted with in Sydney based data centre.
Our servers are secured behind firewalls. All connections to our severs are through 256 bit encrypted SSL connections.

Absolutely. We can give you access to a demo school that we have setup which will allow you to play around on the system as much as you like. If you are happy with the demo, we can then setup a terms trial for you to try out MSM with your music program.

There is full online help documentation available in the system. This documentation is continually being added and updated as features get added and updated.

Support is available through a ticketing system that is found in the system’s help section. Most tickets are responded to within 24 hours Monday to Friday and is monitored over the weekend for urgent tickets that come through.

Because MSM is a cloud-based system, you can login and access MSM from any device from anywhere.

Although most modern browsers should work with MSM, we recommend using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Set up involves initial school setup and administrator login, followed by the import of all your existing information. The entire set-up process can be completed within 1 - 2 business days.
